Where Can I Apply Promo Codes?
Promotional discount codes can be added in the checkout menu, If you scroll down to the summary section you can type your desired code into the 'Discount Code' box.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Payments with cards from Visa, Matercard, American Express, Diners and Discover aswell as Paypal and Apple pay.
How Can I Ammend My Order?
If you spot a mistake in your order once you have placed it simply email us with your order number and a small explaination as to the situation as soon as you notice and we will issue you a refund for the product you did not wish to purchase. If you purchased the wrong colour or size option for a product we will issue you a refund for this item allowing you to re-order with the correct selections. If the product/s you wish to change is a custom order and has already been made we will regrettably not be able to issue a refund.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you decide you wish to cancel your order you will need to email us as soon as possible with your order number and a small explaination as to the situation and we will issue you a full refund. If one or more of the products in your order have already been custom made we will not be able to issue the refund for these items but you will still recieve the requested refund for the rest of your order.
Where Is My Order?
Once you have placed your order you will recieve an email with your order number and reciept attatched, Once you have recieved this email your order will be with our team who will create, pack and post your order. Once your order has been posted you will recieve a second email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and containing your orders tracking number. You will be able to input this tracking number into the Royal Mail website to track your order.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order takes longer than expected to arrive but please be patient with us as once your order has been posted we have no control over its movements.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged Or Faulty
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please email us with your order number and an image showing the problem, we will issue a replacement for the damaged or faulty product/s at no extra cost within one working day of the complaint.
Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns on any orders that have not been custom made or damaged in any way. If you recieve your order and it is not what you expected please email us with your order number and explain the issue to us, a member of our team will assist you with the returns process. Once we have recieved the product/s we will issue a full refund for the order.
Please note that the cost of return shipment will not be covered by PRJCTbuilds.
